REXML hacks causing problems with xmpp4r

Patrick Sinclair reported to me that the rexml_hacks.rb monkey patching seems to be causing a problem with the xmpp4r library.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [245123796c1bd6799dd5464be6ed1ce5e4f5b8a6]) merged changes by Patrick Sinclair: changed rexml_hacks.rb so it works with xmpp4r [#1 state:resolved], and namespaced the whole library as Rena. Specs all still pass.
